During any crisis, an organisation’s communication team will play a key and vital role in the effectiveness of the response. With this in mind, Headspace engaged Socom to review and improve its crisis communication strategy to ensure there was an effective process that can be easily and quickly implemented during any crisis. The strategy guides the communication team through outlining key elements of the situation, identifying target audiences, determining roles and responsibilities within the communication team and the organisation as a whole, determining key messages and developing appropriate communication tools to be used during the incident.
