Troy Edwards has extensive experience working in and with all levels of government.  Troy has developed an outstanding track record in policy development and negotiation, enhanced with knowledge across a wide range of issues across federal, state and local government. 

Some recent examples include federal financial relations, regional economic development policy, funding and provision of human services, and transport and logistics.

Troy has held a number of positions in the federal public service, including policy adviser in the Federal Parliament and as the Manager of Economic and Public Policy for the Municipal Association of Victoria.

An urban planner by education, Troy has completed a Master of Arts degree at Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Public Administration (Victoria division).
