Penny Kotsiovos
Office Manager
Penny is the face of Socom's head office - the ambassador of Socom's professionalism and customer service ethos. She is responsible for all day to day administrative operations ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively. Her primary role is to provide business support for both consultants and clients while maintaining the daily agendas for Socom's managers and directors.
Penny completed her Commerce Degree at Deakin University and embarked on an adventurous journey around the world. She finally stopped in Manchester where she has worked as a PA for one of the largest private property investment companies in the UK.

Serena Cabello
Evecutive Assistant National
Serena has been part of the Socom team for more than 5 years and was previously our Receptionist, Event Coordinator, Office Manager and PA to Sheila O’Sullivan. Having recently returned from maternity leave, she is now Socom’s Executive Assistant, providing support for our National Director, Managing Director and assisting our Sydney office.
Serena has organised many client events including launches and seminars and is also involved in creating internal events including our famous annual client Christmas party, client networking functions, and staff planning retreats.
She has previously worked as a corporate receptionist in the UK for one of the world’s largest investment banks. Serena has a degree in Tourism Management which is strongly supported by her eight years experience in a front office role with a major hotel chain.

Ana Turkovic
Finance Manager
Ana manages Socom’s finances and accounts. As Socom’s finance manager, Ana maintains the accounts and provides regular business reports to team members and directors. She also develops Socom’s budgets and forecasts and is responsible for daily business and administrative procedures. Ana ensures Socom’s financial relationships with clients, suppliers and others are positive and beneficial.
Ana’s role at Socom is enhanced by her extensive business experience including her work in management accounting at a number of organisations of various size in a range of industries, these include retailer Myer Melbourne, manufacturer Stafford Group and management consultancy UMS Group. Ana’s experience also encompasses public practice accounting at firms KPMG and PKF Melbourne. In addition, Ana has worked as a self-employed bookkeeper.
Ana Turkovic is a CPA qualified accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Graduate Diploma in Information Services from RMIT.
