Andrew Williamson
Group Account Director
Andrew Williamson has extensive experience in government as a Ministerial Advisor in the health and education portfolios. He worked as Senior Ministerial Advisor to the Victorian Minister for Health on Metropolitan Hospitals and Capital Projects before becoming Chief of Staff to the Victorian Minister for Health followed by a similar role in Education.
After a career as a producer and manager at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, including two years as Station Manager of 774 ABC Radio Melbourne, Andrew joined Southern Health as Executive Director Public Affairs.
His range of expertise includes strategic communications, media relations, reputation management, and crisis management.
Andrew completed a Master of Business Administration from Monash University and is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA), and the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia (APESMA).

Paul Duboudin
Account Director
Paul is responsible for the development and execution of complex political, issues management and community based campaigns.
Recently, he has been managing communications projects for clients including the Eye & Ear Hospital, Solar Systems, Environment Protection Authority, the Murray-Darling Basin Commission, Becton, Casey City Council and the Victorian Taxi Association.
Prior to rejoining Socom in 2003, Paul held a number of senior roles during his five years in Britain and the United States. As US Manager of Media and Public Relations for the British Tourist Authority (BTA), Paul managed a team of five staff for three years in the New York Office. Other roles included being Corporate Press Officer at both Westminster City Council and the English Tourism Council.
Paul has won state, national and international awards for his work in the marketing communications and government relations categories. He is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Communications.

Kerry Yu
Account Director
Kerry has extensive experience and knowledge in managing a wide range of public policy and political issues at both local and state government levels.
Kerry manages and delivers projects involving complex stakeholder and community consultation, as well as strategy development. She received international recognition for Socom when she was awarded an International Public Relations Association (IRPA) Golden World Award in 2005 for her work on the Community Consultation on the Northern Territory Secondary Education Report. Kerry's work in the Consultation on the Redevelopment of the Royal Children's Hospital also received national and international awards in 2006.
Prior to joining Socom, Kerry was a senior policy adviser at the Municipal Association of Victoria. Her work involved issues analysis, policy and strategy development and negotiations between local government and the State Government.
Kerry has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree with majors in Political Science and Chinese, and also holds a Masters in Public Policy & Management. She is a member of the Institute of Public Administration (Victoria) and an alumnus of the Cranlana Programme.

Daniel Suggit
Account Director, Darwin, Northern Territory
Daniel is Socom’s Account Director in the Northern Territory. He brings over a decade of experience working with Indigenous people and their communities in Northern Australia. His expertise lies in project management, consultation and facilitation roles, as well as the provision of strategic and anthropological advice.
Daniel has worked in the areas of Indigenous language and culture, landownership, sacred sites, education and health. He has consulted extensively to a number of Indigenous organisations, NGOs and government agencies throughout the Northern Territory, including land councils, social services and the department of education.
Before moving to Darwin five years ago, he and his family lived in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia for over seven years. Daniel completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney and is currently finalising a Masters Degree in Applied Anthropology at Charles Darwin University in the Territory.

Kelley White
General Manager , Sydney
Kelley White is a specialist communicator with over 13 years experience in providing strategic advice in corporate positioning and reputation management – stakeholder engagement campaigns, issues management, media and government advocacy.
Using her understanding of the political and commercial landscapes, Kelley can sense an issue and an opportunity a mile away, designing and implementing strategies to maximise outcomes for her clients.
Kelley has worked with businesses of all sizes including high profile global companies, industry associations and SMEs across a broad range of sectors, including construction, energy, resources, transport, financial and professional services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, hospitality and education.
She has extensive experience in raising corporate profiles, managing company responses to issues, and assisting clients to more effectively stake their positions internally and externally.
Kelley joined Socom after gaining experience working with some of the best in the PR business in Australia including Jackson Wells Morris' Keith Jackson, John Wells, Trevor Cook and Grahame Morris. She worked at Jackson Wells for 12 years and was a Director and General Manager of the Government & Issues team during her last five years with the company. More recently she worked with Rodd Pahl at Bluegrass Consulting. |
