David Hawkins, believes that corporate relationships are an organisation’s most important yet undervalued asset.
Don has spent the previous three years in the corporate communications space of some of the UK’s largest infrastructure providers. These included the largest water and sewage supplier in the UK, Thames Water and the national rail infrastructure owner and maintainer, Network Rail.
Jennifer leads Socom’s government relations team. She has worked in public relations since 1994 and has expertise in strategic communications planning, positioning and brand development, media relations, government relations, business to business marketing, corporate relations and public speaking.
James is the newest Consultant in the Socom family. Having started with Socom in July 2011 James has been working across the Regional Cities Victoria Secretariat and the Inner South Metro Mayors Forum.
Equipped with strong organisational skills, Penny is responsible for the day to day administration and coordination of Socom’s six local government secretariats.
After a short period at Socom in 2008 as accounts assistant, Claire has now re-joined the Socom team on a permanant basis as Finance Manager. She has many years experience in procurement, production, logistics and accounting and provides financial and administrative support to our consultants and stakeholders.
